Yoga workshop is all done in a chair. You would be surprised how much you can do! Experienced Yoga Instructor shows you how you can stretch most of the major muscles of the upper body in a thorough and effective way.
Each workshop is designed to stretch and strengthen the lower body while sitting in a chair. Instructor will show you, step by step, how to stretch the back, front and sides of the legs, as well as the hips and lower back, which encourages blood flow to your feet and strengthens balance and body awareness.
We believe that Yoga allows for space and tension release, so you can feel better and work more effectively.
