About the Event
Your Host, Tatyana Kochergina, Health and Balance Coach, will introduce 4 Ways to Re-Activate Your True Nature and re-connect with your body, mind, and soul.
1) Kayaking – a nontraditional form of stress reduction. Hitting the water and getting your heart rate up can help you reduce stress. Exercise has been shown to improve your mood and can even help fight depression. Most important, you will overcome challenges and learn new skills that can help to improve your self-image and boost
2) Yoga - a balanced practice that typically includes asanas, breath training, systematic relaxation, and seated meditation. Appropriate for all levels of experience, including beginners.
3) Establishing a Meditation Practice — Meditation is made easy with a step-by-step technique for stilling the body, regulating the breath, quieting the mind, and developing an inner focus.
4) Forest Therapy Walking — a nontraditional form of meditation that helps you connect with the environment, communicate with nature, get to know your body, slow you down, strengthen concentration, increase your awareness of intention, expand everyday mindfulness, and connect to the present moment.
