The workshop provides education about the use of essential oils for your wellness. We explain how to implement essential oils into your life through many uses. 

During the workshop we will explain the differences of three methods of use and their benefits: Aromatic, Tropical and Internal.

The workshops design to be interactive and fun, together we will make Homemade Lavender Coconut Oil Salt Scrub, Aromatherapy Room Spray, Lavender Linen Spray, Coffee Cellulite Scrub and our favorite Balancing Perfume Blend

We will focus on three essential oils: Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint, but there are over 3,000 varieties of volatile aromatic compounds have been identified to date. The nature of an essential oil varies from plant to plant, within botanical families, and from species to species.
